Unprofessional, took ages to fit two tyres. They made rude comments as ive bought the tyres through blackcircle and that theyre fitting them for free. Never use them again. Second time it happens. Last time i paid for the alignment and they havent even done it.

Terrible customer service, tire replacement took 1.5 hours. Employees were not nice, slow and lazy. They rode bicycles in the workshop, on one wheel, laughed loudly and used obscene words. We felt unwanted and ignored. We will never use their services again. Total lack of professionalism and lack of any basics of good manners.

Put weights on loose twice, visited three times to get job done properly, and a responsible manager would have discarded what was obviously a dodgy batch of weights (15g)...so glad i didnt have my wheel fitted and would have never known. I spoke to friend later that day he said he's experience was just as bad. Bottom line i will chose elsewhere next time. overal this one aspect of how to deal with unsatisfactory weight quality showed me their stock will just be used on other customers in the future. Not fit to do black circles fitting business.

The service was good, although I wasnt expecting a four hour wait. The staff on the tools did a good job, overcoming an issue with socket clearance on the wheel nuts and the tyre fitting was carried out with care and attention.
