If I could select 0 starts I would. Damaged to alloy wheel. Balance weights stacked on top of each other and not flush to the alloy. One balance weight fell of when I touched it. Wheel terribly balanced. Steering shaking on motorway. Had to take to Halfords to rebalance and they also informed me that 2 centre caps were broken! Never using black circles again. Prefer to pay more and get the job done without damage to my car

Would have gave SR tyres a 5 star as they are normally fantastic, however this time the tracking equipment was broken and it is now 2 weeks since I had my front tyres fitted and the tracking has still not been done, still waiting on an engineer?? This for most people would not be a problem but for me it is as I have now done nearly 1200 miles.

When fitting my tyres they managed to brake one of the tpms sensors which they offered to get sort I waited for them to get back to me but they didnt so I had to sort it myself.

Great service! Very quick change of all tyres including a full balance on the spot. Note that they had to call before as they had not received full instructions from Blackcircles, disappointing.
