Customer service was non existent, there was no greeting I had approach someone in mid to talk to but because of the loud music being played and the fact that they had a scarf over their mouth I couldn't hear what they were saying, I had to ask about everything was not given any information voluntarily and they didn't inflate the tyres to the correct pressure. This is a shame because my last visit to this garage was really good.

Harry was very friendly & professional explaining each stage to me with genuine enthusiasm. Hopefully I didn't annoy him too much! Just make sure you have the Bluetooth tyre monitoring module fitted as it's not included as standard. Great guy, great company - I won't be going anywhere else from now on.

Arrived 10 minutes early and was informed that my car would be next and that it take roughly 45 minutes to fit the 4 new tyres. I was asked if I would be staing at the fitting centre or popping into town. Told them I'd pop into town and the guy (sorry, didnt get his name) let me know that if he finished sooner, he'd call me and let me know. I returned 40 minutes later and as I sat down to wait, he popped in and let know everything was done. Signed some paperwork, was handed my locking wheel nut back and off I went. Happy customer.
