How long does it take to change a tyre

If the person changing the tyre has some experience and has the necessary tools, it generally takes around 15-30 minutes to change your car tyres.

However, this can vary depending on a few factors:

• Complexity. What do we mean by this? If you are changing a tyre on a vehicle with a complicated wheel or tyre design, this may take longer than changing a tyre on a simpler vehicle.

• Location. If the tyre needs to be changed on the side of the road or in an area with limited space this can add a significant amount of time.

• Condition. If a tyre is damaged or difficult to remove, this will likely cause the change to take longer.

Rushing the process can lead to mistakes – which in turn could cause an accident. It is better to take a bit longer and do the job properly. Than rush and get yourself into further trouble.
