There is a noise increase with snow tyres, but it is too much hassle to swop, especially as their wear resistance is now much better.

Very good grip in the wet, accurate and confidence inspiring.

The tyre fitted has for no apparent reason developed a bulge in the tyre wall and its an offside tyre so nothing to do with pot holes so I am going to have to replace it. It has done few miles this year but it is not safe. Maybe it had a fault so is a bit worrying and will have to keep an eye on the rest of the tyres if this can happen. Hope this is an isolated case! The original tyres were bought through black circles too I believe.

Excellent in cold weather. Slightly lacking in traction in damp 12 degree weather. Otherwise just perfect. I've had these before in the snow on a Octavia vRS and they were just brilliant. Got 40k miles on them

Definitely good tyres in the wet, snow and ice. This is the first front wheel drive 1 series so different to the others but would recommend these on front or rear wheel drive.

They feel good on the car. Feels safe during icy/snowy conditions. Would not but again. 4 brand new tyres so far have had damage on the side of the tyre that doesn't pass mot. Haven't had this damage with other (summer) tyres. Damage possibly due to pot holes.

Tyres performing better than expected ..1st time on winter tyres & wished i bought some years ago

Only just put the rims on the car as I did not need them last winter. Noticed better stability as soon as they were on; limited snow/ice driving but they seem good.

They are performing as expected. I don't drive hard, so difficult to tell really. They seem to be wearing OK though.

Off course these are only on the car for the colder winter months, but they are tremendous. Previous winter tyres have been great in poor conditions but on dryer warmer days felt obviously compromised. Not these, they perform solidly and better than I expected. Nearly time to put them back on.

Great tyres - surprisingly quiet with good grip in the wet.

My new tyres are performing well in the wet and dry. I haven't drove my Mercedes in the snow yet but I have no doubt they will be fine as this is why I purchased them for all conditions.

Tyres are great on wet, ice and snow surfaces.

at first they were a bit lairy if i pulled away a bit fast ,they would not grip seemed to have settled down now

Very good wet weather and snow performance. Still good levels of grip in the dry. Wear is ok through winter months when I use them on the car.

They got me through winter no problem. Back on summer tyres now but more confident next year when the weather turns. Good grip. Good wear. Good overall winter tyre. I would definitely recommend these to anyone wanting increased levels of safety when winter decends!

Great performance in this cold and wet weather

Very Good in wet and inclement weather excellent in subzero conditions and snow. Dry performance on mild days not as good as dedicated summer tyres but that is to be expected.

Have performed as required and provided assurance I was looking for in having winter tyres.
