I arrived at my slotted time and was seen to by friendly staff. The car was shortly taken into the shop for the tyre fitting which didn't take long. On completion I noticed they had put seat protection and steering wheel protection on for the fitting process - a small touch but it was nice to see. What more could you ask for. 5*

The Garage was good, nice friendly staff but my problem is with black circle not delivering the tires on time. I arrived at my appointment time to be told that the tires had not yet been delivered. I had to call black circle myself and inquire about where they were. Although the customer support person was very nice and I got a call from the garage about 5 hours later to say they had arrived and they fitted me in that day

Friendly costumer service. I give only 3 stars because I bought 4 new tires and 1 tire was not pump up correctly. 10 minutes after I left the garage the dashboard showed the deflated tire. I stop at a petrol station and check all tire. 1 tire 18 psi. Other 3 was around 26psi. Originally needs 33psi

Minimum effort. No rim cleaning before fitting new tires, wrong pressure, forgot to fit the valve caps, and they were confused of their notation, near side or far side and I'm not 100% percent sure they got it right.

Awful service, was not happy with the way the booking system works, no time slot given so was told it would be some point throughout the day and have been left waiting round hours with no clue. Two phone calls and have been pushed back even further to 6:45. Had to take time off work to be sat waiting at home for hours.

Great experience all round. I received a text from the fitter to say he was on his way. Turn up at his estimated time. He checked with me that he had the tyres that I ordered. Left him to it . 4 tyres replaced in under an hour. Before he left he made sure I was happy with the work done.
