Let's start with the basics. I turned up half an hour before the appointment, was seen straight away, and left in 60 minutes with two new tyres and some reset tracking. Just as you want. But it was a pleasant experience. The staff have been there for years, and somehow still manage to be friendly and helpful even in the face of the great British public. The waiting area is basic, but does the job. The free coffee is free, so don't complain about it.

I had used Stortford Performance Tyres but not for some years. I had forgotten how good these guys area. I had made a booking and my car was attended to on time. Great service from the guys and Colin in particular. It was interesting to hear the conversations between him and other clients. All advice, guidance etc was honest and no up-selling. Another client could not sing their praise high enough. If you need tyres, MOTs, service etc and good honest advice, look no further. Good job guys.
