I made the online appointment at 9am and when I arrived I was told we dont do online appointments. We can do it between 8am & 12. I had to leave my car and return later. I also noticed the locking wheel nut was not put back correctly

Found the lady on reception quite abrupt. Tyre pressure wasnt checked after fitting. A brand new tyre flagged as very low pressure on the car after driving down the road, so had to visit a petrol station to reinflate. Actual fitting was quick so no complaints although perhaps this was because they didnt do proper checks.

Friendly staff Dealt with efficiently replacing two front tyres. I dropped the car off and collected when it was ready. One minor problem they failed to reset the tyre monitor in the car .
