Perfectly passable work but the employees were distracted by a SnapOn rep van arriving on site. Several of them when to the van and, it seemed, chatted for half an hour while customers waited or joined the queue for their vehicles to be fixed / worked on / collected.

Very well organised and quick tyre centre. Appts booked by the hour, so no waiting around. The waiting area is spotless and so is the garage. In 1 hour they replaced 3 tyres and tracking on the front. Not very chatty, on reception, but overall a very efficient well run service. I recommend this garage to friends and family.

Despite not having received a book from yourselves last week, and not having received today's booking from you, they have managed to try and fit us in. Your performance organising this has been dreadful but the garage itself have been very helpful and flexible, despite to actual booking.

Great deal of care taken with the car. Protective cover used for the seat/headrest. One of the two tyres was fitted the wrong way round which meant a return trip to the garage; however the change around was done immediately on my return. I noticed that a torque wrench was used to tighten the wheel nuts: a big + for that.
