Appalling service as my appointment was cancelled 3 times and they tried to change it on me a fourth time but I point blank refused. The lady at this garage has a bad attitude and thinks she can speak to people as if they are not customers. I would totally avoid this garage in the future. Feels to me that they are not happy that I have purchased my tyres through black circles and not direct with them maybe.

I had three new tyres fitted today by a mobile mechanic from ATS Euromaster. The service was fantastic. The mechanic was friendly and polite. He even rotated my tyres so that the remaining tyre was on the back of my front-wheel drive car. My recommendation for potential improvement would be giving a rough window for the visit. I appreciate it is an 08:30 to 17:30 service, but even narrowing this down to a four hour window via a text on the day would be helpful.
