I booked in via black circle, and requested a PM slot. I got booked in at 1100 am a time I could not do. Rang the fitting location and they booked me in at 3pm. Car did not get worked on until after 4pm, so I was at the shop for nearly 3 hrs. Staff apologised but overall a wasted afternoon

I arrived shortly after 11.00 and reported to reception. I was then directed to drive my car into the workshop area where the technicians got to work fitting new tyres immediately. I did not have time to finish the Daily MaIL crossword before being told my car was ready. a very quick service.
