The garage and level of services was fantastic as always. The issue I do have is with black circles as I had also paid for the tracking to be done, however that part of booking was not sent onto the garage so they were unaware. I now need to go in separately next week. Sort it out Black circles!

I have to say I was a little apprehensive as I hadn't purchased tyres before in this manner. After the event I can't understand my concern. The customer gets the value of bulk buying prices from Blackcircles.com purchasing power and the smaller garage receive payment for fitting. My fitters, Gudgeon's Repairs Ltd were excellent from a cheerful receptionist to punctuality, good organisational process and a bonus of a clean & tidy garage. Thank you all involved. One point why don't you do wheel balancing?
