Booked appointment, checked before going to make sure tyres were there, was told at first there was not a booking for me, that changed to their was, but no tyres, waiting for a call back that never came, I had to get blackcircle to sort. Still waiting also for the invoice that is never going to arrive!! These are just some highlights of my visit.

Very friendly at reception. Was advised to wait as the car will be going in straight away and all done in 40 minutes. Pleasant waiting room with TV if you wanted it and viewing areas.
