I was sent back as apparently the machine got broken when I was there, I was told that I will be called the next day for a rebooking but no one bothered to check up.

The receptionist was not helpful. I have asked him some questions but seemed very unbothered. They didn't even had a printer to provide me with the alignment for my tyres. I had offer this to be send to my email for my reference and he didn't wanted. Didn't had problems with the mechanics but if I would have to chose again to fit my tyres won't be this place again.

Polite. Couteous. Booking was for 830am. Arrived at 845am - To be told they dont have a booking for me. Showedconfirmation of the booking. They checked and the tyres i had ordered were onsite so they said they would do this after the van they were doing. Appreciate there were only 3 of them but it took 2 hours to replace two rear tyres. I have used here a number of tiems and never had an issue.

I went in for two tyres and a 4-wheel alignment. Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but 4-wheel alignment requires something putting on the rear wheels? At no point did they do that. Going to take it to a place that has a proper laser alignment machine and get it done right. Being unable to remove a broken locking wheel nut should not be beyond the capabilities of a tyre shop. All it requires are the correct tools. I had to drive away with one tyre fitted, get it removed (in less than 10 minutes) and return for the other tyre.

My appt for 4 new tyres to be fitted was at 8.30am and I arrived slightly early as advised. My car wasnt started on until 8.59 as I load of tyres were in the way blocking the ramp and the inflation machine and these needs to be moved. After the fitting I had to return as my tyre inflation warning light came on
