Garage did the job ok but in doing so managed to dislodge a piece of trim by breaking the clips which i had to repair, other wise every thing else was fine

Not the greatest. Car was booked in for 22/08 for two tyres. Get a phone call from the fitter saying tyres havent been delivered. BC contact me saying tyres were delivered 3 days before?? This is a massive inconvenience and have had to re-book. Someone is lying and wont take responsibility

All okay, took 35 minutes after the appointed time to get vehicle in, and then another 20 minutes before the fitment could commence. Understand things don't always go to plan, however I made an appointment. The outlet was just understaffed having no receptionist resulting in a fitter having to go and answer the telephone which inevitably contributed to the the delay.

Arrived 9.50 - didn't start work till 11.10 (for a 10am appointment). Whilst I appreciate that this is a 'fit only', staff were not 'fussed' by delay; apologetic; or even polite. Other customers were also kept waiting - their 9.30am appointment didn't leave until 10.55 or so....

Very polite staff, I arrived early and they were able to fit the tyres straight away despite being a staff member down. All four tyres done in under an hour.
