This customer had 4 x Hankook Kinergy 4S 2 X tyres fitted here

Used ATS Dunstable twice now and been pleased with the service both times. Staff are polite and friendly and fitted tyres quickly. Reason for docking a star is for leaving the tyre pressures significantly higher than manufacturers spec, leaving the lubricant all over the alloys, and for leaving dirt on the door handle. They are relatively minor things but for a perfect 5 stars they would need to address these things.

Didnt show up on the day they were supposed to. Then showed up the next day when I wasnt there. Thankfully my partner was able to meet them (30 minute drive). The fitter also left without realising that the car had been left on the jack, no one could get hold of ats to tell them, including black circles, but thankfully he realised when he got to his next job in Oxford. If I had reversed my car without realising it was still on the jack it would have caused a fair amount of damage.
