This customer had 2 x Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6 tyres fitted here
The fitter used an impact gun on my locking wheel nut key which destroyed it and the locking wheel nut then had the temerity to attempt to blame me for having the nuts too tight! They refused to accept responsibility for their badly trained fitter and it took my garage 2 hours to smash all four locking wheel nuts off ( as the key was completely useless now)

Initial booking easy. But after having accepted the booking told it was overbooked and a change was necessary. I remade the booking for 1.30 but was requested to take the car in at 1030. No problem. Despite a chase up phone call car was not ready until 4.50. This caused much inconvenience. The service was surly bordering on rude. A warning indicator came on in the car on driving away. It had not been reset. Not a happy customer.

Very good experience from ordering the tyres online from Blackcircles to driving away from Formula One site in Gosport. Good communication after the purchase and was expected when I arrived. Car went straight in and I was away in one hour with four new Cross Climate tyres fitted. The guy who fitted them was very pleasant, informative and smartly dressed. I would definitely recommend both Blackcircles and Formula One Autocentres.

Couldnt fault this garage. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Nice welcome on arrival and technician pointed out damaged suspension coil which I didnt know about. Superb service.

Excellent service regarding the tyres but also helped me with trying to find out whether a wheel bearing was on the way out... as a result a loose piece of trim was found to be rubbing on the brake disc which was subsequently safely removed. Very friendly and helpful staff!
