The garage noticed that the original tyres that were ordered were wrong and advised me about it. Following a conversation with BC a re-order was made and the garage phone me to say that the wrong tyres were specified on the email. Following a second conversation with BC the correct tyres were ordered and now fitted.

Incredibly rude staff. One rudely just told me id parked in the wrong place (no signs or designated bays and Im not a mins reader). Another laughed in my face when I asked if it would be done in an hour. I came back after 40 minutes and it was done so Im not sure why he felt the need to laugh. Shocking customer service, definitely not returning.

Delightful and easy going fix. Punctual with the time to dedicate for the tyre fittings and tyres are nice new and got great amount of tread on them. Friendly customer service and great communication with myself as a customer.
