Very pleasant and helpful staff. Took around 45mins - 1 hour to change 2 tyres and alignment. I was alerted of a buckled alloy in case of any further damage which is appreciated. Will definitely be using again!

I arrived early and the service guy was already prepared with tyres and got me straight into service bay. 4x tyres were fitted within an hour and i waited in lounge with free coffee. Very courteous and tyre pressures all set the in car pressure warning fine too. Stress free and car is massively improved with these tyres.

Arrived 20 minutes early, however, fitting didn't start until 45 minutes after my booking time. Pointless having a booking system if it is not adhered to. There is a need to prioritise customers with a booking over casual customers driving in casually.

Fitted the tyres fine (great service from Blackcircles as usual), but then tried to tell me that I needed new discs and pad as they were totally shot and that he could get the parts tomorrow. Fortunately I have a mechanic I trust who checked the brakes and said they were still fine. Apparently I was the 4th person who Stafford Tyres had been told the same thing. Wont be using them again.

Very professional. All the pre checks were done ahead of having the work done, and I was able to see the work being completed from reception. Also very quick given that it was two tyres that needed to be replaced. Very pleased.
