Poor service, zero communication from staff. Initially told 1 hour for fitting, was over 2 hours with no update. Happy to wait 2 hours if thats the time but clearly misled. Clearly doing ad-hoc jobs for airport rental cars which makes my time slot, upfront booking and payment irrelevant. Will use local garage in future.

Had all 4 tyres replaced in one hour flat. As soon as I arrived for my 9am appointment the fitter took my car key from me and drove into the premises to begin work. He recommended I checked the wheel nuts in a week's time, and if I didn't have a torque wrench (I don't) then i could swing by the garage to have then checked. Will definitely use this garage again.

Very good service. Careful attention to fitting, tyre pressure sensors reset correctly, and given good advice for after care (check wheel bolt torque after 50 miles and check tyre pressure). Friendly staff. Garage is easy to get to and easy to find. Very easy to park.

I swapped appointment date with Black Circles (5 days in advance) was greeted with oh youre the guy who didnt turn up on Wed apparently Black Circles hadnt emailed the new apt date (which isnt my fault) Asked for tyres to be set to pressure stated on car door plate, was told well set it to the pressure the computer says (which seems to always be different!) guy definitely seemed to have got out of the wrong side of the bed this morning!

Had a set of four tyres fitted. The tyres were fitted within thirty-five minutes, great work. An issue with one of the locking wheel nuts was sorted out for me. They work very well as a team, and I'm happy to recommend them.
