I arrived early as advised, the car went into the workshop immediately but it took over 40 minutes to fit my tyre and return car to me. I expected the process would be more efficient. Staff were friendly.

Disappointed that Blackcircles do not allow fitters to swap wheels front to back. I had new tyres that needed to replaces those fitted to the front wheels, but wanted the new tyres on the back, being rear wheel drive, but the fitter said he wasnt allowed, due to the order came from Blackcircles. Also not giving a closer fitting time that day was inconvenient, especially in this day and age with modern technology. AM or PM would have been better.
