Excellent service. Mr Tyres were able to give me an appointment quickly. The tyres were waiting when I arrived and both fitted and tracking done within an hour. Cant fault them. Very pleasant people. A waiting room is available for customers, but I had a wonder around the local shops instead.

Staff were all pleasant, but 90 minutes to change 4 tyres? That's a bit excessive, especially when I was told it would be done in 45. There was no apology or explanation as to why it took so long, but the fitter doing the job appeared to be on a go-slow. Also I didn't notice until I got home, but 2 wheel trims were put back on in such a way as to completely hide the valves, making it impossible for me to check the tyre pressures. Another trim was broken, but I'm not sure if that was like that before.

Fitting was fine but I'd asked for fronts to be moved to the back and this didn't happen. Also the garage tried to charge me for fitting which I had to get queried.

Arrived few minutes early, place locked and deserted. Waited then rang contact number,told fitter having late lunch would be there soon. Then informed 10 minutes. Arrived 15mins late. No reception or facilities,sat outside, fortunately was dry. Definitely not a customer care situation. Fitting completed promptly but a poor overall experience. Can not recommend as things are.
