I ordered the tyres online and was given a booking slot of 10.00 to 12.00. I arrived at 9.50 in plenty of time but my car was not started until 12.00

Staff were all pleasant, but 90 minutes to change 4 tyres? That's a bit excessive, especially when I was told it would be done in 45. There was no apology or explanation as to why it took so long, but the fitter doing the job appeared to be on a go-slow. Also I didn't notice until I got home, but 2 wheel trims were put back on in such a way as to completely hide the valves, making it impossible for me to check the tyre pressures. Another trim was broken, but I'm not sure if that was like that before.
