The fitting of my new tyres was done well and correctly, and in a good time. The garage would benefit for working on its customer relationship. I selected a time for fitting and the garage was unable do the job at this time which was a bit inconvenient.

Really disappointed. They fitted two front tyres. Tyre pressure all round is 33 psi, upon returning home, the inbuilt car computer came up with a warning light relating to tyre pressure. I stopped at a local garage and found 37 psi in front near side, and 32 in front offside. I also noticed that although small, damage had been caused to front offside wheel rim. In all fairness I rang them back and the call taker apologised and asked if I could return. Due to another appointment for that day, it was not possible.
