The fitter was very friendly but could not fit the tyres on our drive (jacking issue), and left the tyres with us without fitting them. Fitting now arranged at a local depot which will add considerably to the cost. He also turned up in the morning for an afternoon appointment

I booked a home fitting to take place in the morning (before 12.00 noon). I didnt receive any notification that this was not going to happen. I contacted customer support who said that they sent an email to the fitting company. At approximately 3.00pm I was contacted to say it would be fitted in the afternoon. The company came about 4.00pm. I had been waiting all day at home. I needed to change my plans for the day which caused significant inconvenience. Very poor communication and service

When he fitted the tyre, he over in flared the tyre. I have only just checked the pressure on Sunday 15th a while after fitting and rather than 36psi it had 58psi which is ridiculously high.
