I received a very personal service, I was met outside the reception and greeted as soon as I arrived at their premises which was nice. I waited in a comfortable reception whilst they fitted my new tyres (which took 30 minutes). The 2 people from AVIT I met in reception were very friendly and were happy to chat whilst I waited. A very pleasant experience, would definitely recommend.

Ricardo at Reception and also the young mechanic were both very polite & helpful and completed the fitting of my new front tyres in less than 45 minutes. The young mechanic also checked the rear tyre pressure and the state of those tyres too which was very reassuring !!!! He also advised to pop in again, no appointment necessary, to have the wheel nuts tightened after 50 miles.

So tyres were due to be fitted on Thursday but turned up unannounced on Tuesday, luckily I was at home. Otherwise great job. I expected a call in advance to let me know what time they would be arriving, so a lack of communication in my opinion.
