Formula one dont live up to their name. Took the fitter an hour and a quarter to fit 2 tyres. Must have gone for a lay down somewhere as took the wheels off and disappeared for 45mins. Last visit they brought a car in behind mine boxing mine in, took the wheels off the other one then couldnt do the job leaving me to wait another hour after mine was finished while they hid out the back. Last chance for that garage.

There seems to be in an inordinate delays from dropping off the car to attempting any work on it. Booked for 2 tyres high had taken one hour and 15 mins to complete and weve yet to have a four wheel alignment.

I've used them before, for tires via Black Circles plus I've used them for plenty of other things over the years from brakes to battery. Always helpful and don't try and get more money from you by making out that there's other things wrong, that don't actually need.

Fitting was ok but I was booked in yesterday at 12 30 and called the garage all morning to find out if they received my tyres and he keep saying he hasn't got them and when I got there he said he didn't receive them which was a lie because customer service guy a black circle said they had been delivered and sign for so I had to go back the next day to be fitted which meant I had to use 2 days hoilday off work
