Garage quality and service is great - can't say the same about BlackCircles though. Distinct lack of communication: original booking was declined by garage - but no one told me until the garage did, - so I wasted a morning, rebooked for today but no confirmations from BC until a last minute text confirmation - spoke directly to the garage to confirm booking days ago!

I was very happy with the service I received. My car was taken into the garage before the appointed time and work commenced immediately, and as far as I can tell, to my satisfaction. The customer viewing / waiting area was clean, warm and comfortable, and the staff were communicative and friendly. I'll definitely be going back there in future.
