Booked this garage as it was a mile from work and to have the tyres fitted on a Friday , received an email a day before saying they couldnt do it at the time or day I booked . Ended up having to rebook for the Saturday and drive 20 miles each way from home to get them done . No problem with the fitters - all pleasant but the process cost me 40 miles and 2 hours out of a Saturday when the whole point was to get them done during the week

Had to wait nearly a week for fitting. nice enough when finally booked. think there needs to be more info sent from Black Circle to garage, had to re enter all my contact details onto selecta's system as your staff didnt fill out the forms properly.
