Screwed the nuts so tight on refitting the wheel that it could not be removed when I got a puncture. Extremely unhelpful and disappointing.

Replaced tyre quick, polite and easy. The garage is behind the Shell garage which i missed at first. So make sure you turn into Shell garage and go round the back. Happy reception in far corner!

"The garage were a credit to customer service. I phoned the day before i was scheduled to have the car booked in for fitting and the lady with no hesitation said that was no problem. When i dropped it off she said she would try and have it fitted that day and she would call me when the job was done. There was no chasing or phoning - i was phoned when the job was done. Tyre fitted back on my car and spare replaced by the team. A lot of garages should learn from their customer service"
