I asked my wife to take the car to Just Tyres in Amersham to have two tyres fitted. The man who served her was rude and dismissive as she didnt know which two tyres required changing or where the wheel locking key was This should have been apparent to someone who works with tyres all day had he bothered to actually take a look at the car. Instead he went to the office rather than being helpful. The tyres seem to have been fitted correctly though I will not be keen to return there again due to poor customer service.
