Booking was for 10:30am. Arrived at 10am. Garage staff told me that they would not be able to take my car before 11:30am at the earliest as they had a lot of "walk-ins" that morning so they had no staff available to accommodate my booking and asked me to come back in the afternoon at 2 pm instead. What is the point of making a booking at this place if they will give away the slot for any "walk-in" customer?

I booked this fitment with ATS, preferring them to the alternative Halfords option. I can't see how Halfords would have been any worse. The fitter didn't turn up, I received no communication as to why, and now, 24 hours later, still the silence is deafening. The true test of a company is how they respond when thongs go wrong and, if my experience is typical, I shall never use ATS again.

ETB were fitting tyres on behalf of Blackcircles. Unfortunately, the incorrectly sized tyres were sent and I had to wait 3 days for the correct ones to arrive. ETB fitted me in within a couple of hours of the replacement tyres arriving:so, I cannot fault their service.
