I arrived on time, details taken and the stock was checked to ensure that my tyres were ready to fit. Mobile number taken and keys taken. I was told it would be 90mins, but it took only 55mins. Keys collected and job done. Overall a good service.

Overall consistently over the years a great garage. However today due to leaving my Hybrid in Neutral they flattened my battery. Originally told we dont work on hybrid cars yet they advertise they service them, they sorted the problem when I was tight on time so thank you.

ETB were fitting tyres on behalf of Blackcircles. Unfortunately, the incorrectly sized tyres were sent and I had to wait 3 days for the correct ones to arrive. ETB fitted me in within a couple of hours of the replacement tyres arriving:so, I cannot fault their service.

I booked this fitment with ATS, preferring them to the alternative Halfords option. I can't see how Halfords would have been any worse. The fitter didn't turn up, I received no communication as to why, and now, 24 hours later, still the silence is deafening. The true test of a company is how they respond when thongs go wrong and, if my experience is typical, I shall never use ATS again.
