Pros and Cons: Dropped off at 10am for 4 tyres to be changed - but picked up 5 hours later at 3pm. Got sound advice on tyre pressures at drop-off. And I did get a call though to inform of delay so thought at least Id had good communication. However, when informed it would be ready approx 2pm, having not heard anything by 3pm I just decided turned up to find my car on the road and ready but hadn't been informed. So lots of unnecessary hanging around. I was pleased with the job though. Mechanic clearly has done a good job changing the tyres.
