The man at the counter was very rude told me I was an hour early which when I said I have booked online he checked and realised I was on time for ten thirty . Then told me I would have to wait as they were short staffed . And did I have somewhere else to go . I understand that priorities are for emergency vechiles and if he had been a bit more polite I would have said not a problem. But he was very rude
