Terrible experience waited 2hrs for 3 tyres to be fitted, only to be told that they couldnt fit the last two tyres as they are struggling to get them on and off with their machine?? Oh, and btw the one that we have done now has a nut that wont tighten you must have over tightened it Ive had the car 18month and never had a wheel off of it?? Ridiculous! Ive now had to plead with Audi to take it tomorrow to fix and fit the other 2 tyres

Poor customer service. The receptionist told me where I could wait, but didnt offer any refreshments. It was the handyman who offered me a tea. There were no biscuits! The tyres were fitted in an hour, which was great. However, the excess glue around the tyre was all over the rims of the tyre. I would have expected a cleaner job. Disappointed and will not be returning.

Not best experience, quite surprised as this is local garage thats been trading for 90y but I wont be back Initially my appointment was changed and I had to reschedule a holiday day to attend Once at garage the took over 3 1/2 hours to change 2 tyres, ridiculous really And whe I fed get home one was flat and barely made it back to garage before closed for day. They put in a faulty valve and nobody thought of checking Be wary if using black circles and esp this garage - Bridgend Kilwinning

This is the second time this mechanic has replaced my tyres, and he was as lovely this time as he was the last time. I've also taken the car for a quick driver after the tyres were replaced and I felt the car was much smoother to handle.
