A long wait today for our car. Booked in and had to wait one and a half hours for tyres to be fitted . No apology or explanation from the Staff member behind the counter Customer service not as expected from this company Disappointing as we made the appointment specifically at an earlier slot The tyre fitter was not at fault though The last time we used this company there were no hiccups But not good enough today

Not great. Went to get tyres fitted and was told the locking wheel nut key didnt work. Looked like it had been rounded down using an impact gun. Anyway picked car and tyres back up. Went home and knocked a socket onto the wheel bolts, got them free and got a mobile tyre fitter to come and fit tyres. It's easier to find an excuse than a solution these days. Bit disappointed would be an understatement.

Very positive experience. 2 new tyres fitted and rear tyres moved to the front. I had contacted the garage prior to ordering to establish if they would switch the tyres over (from back to front) and they did as my car didn't have valves with pressure monitoring, unsure if this would have occurred with other valves, worth checking or your new tyres may only be fitted in a like for like way.
