This customer had 2 x Michelin CrossClimate 2 SUV tyres fitted here

The wheel nuts were not torqued, just tightened using a breaker bar. The seat cover used was not put on properly. The fitters clothes were filthy and I now have stains on the cream leather seats as well as the door handle and surrounds. They tried to clean it off with a rag and some chemicals after I complained, but only managed to get some of the dirt off. The offered me some detol face wipes, but I decided to stop them doing anything more to the car and possibly making it worse.
