Excellent service. The chap that came out to us fitted the tyres quickly, explained what he'd done and pressured them to the correct level, and even made me aware that the paint job on my brake calipers hadn't been done correctly by the previous owner, causing red dust on the rims and informed us on how to fix it. Excellent service. Was a breeze - Will be using again and recommending to friends & family.

Whilst I accept that the fitter was unwell on my designated day, and so the appointment was moved to the following day. I was told that that appointment would be a morning appointment. It wasn't, it was 16.55pm. Happy with the service once it happened, but having tried to ring ATS myself to ascertain what was going on, found them to not be very helpful. Black Circles were very helpful on the two occasions I rang the.

Took time off work and waited all afternoon for fitter to arrive. When fitting window was over called customer services to be told that fitter will not be coming today, with no reason given or alternative fitting date offered. Would give this ZERO stars but cannot continue without giving at least one star!
