I arrived on time and presented my documentation only to be told they knew nothing about the appointment but would look to see if they could fit me in, they said they have been having a lot of trouble with Blackcircles. I asked them if they had the tyres, he replied dont know unless they were silvered this morning! The mechanic who fitted the tyres had filthy/greasy trousers on and failed to protect the seat in my car!

Poor communication between black circles & garage. Turned up at allocated booking time if 10am only to be told that my fitting wasn't until 10:30 meaning more interruption to my working day than I had accounted for. Didn't complete the fitting until 11:30
