This customer had 4 x Michelin CrossClimate 2 tyres fitted here

Arrived for appt, told it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hrs to do the job which should take no more than 1/2 hr. Drove away and the car was hard and vibrating, got to a garage and checked the tyre pressures which were set too high all over 40psi, but one tyre was not seated on the rim and was badly out of shape. Had to go back to the garage and get them to take it off and redo it. The fitter said he set the pressures to eco setting which is fair but unusual, but no excuse for the poor fitting this is basic stuff, wanted a whole morning for me
