I arrived on time and the garage was ready to get started. The job took the time they predicted. No hassle, nice and friendly. When I drove away the TPMS showed 41 and 35 psi for the two replaced tyres (should be 37). I went back and got them re-checked and was told they were set to 37 as intended. When I drove away the TPMS showed 37/37 so all was good.

Pleasant and efficient, but not as good an experience as last time (2 years ago)... Black Circle initially confirmed my appointment for 12th December then cancelled it because of problem with obtaining the tyres, it was re-arranged for 2pm-3pm on 16th and I arrived spot-on 2pm only to be advised that Rhino were 'short-staffed' and that I/we had to wait till someone returned from lunch to start my fitting...that turned out to be after 2.30pm and it was near 4pm by the time my job was completed which was inconvenient for me as I waited on site

Was initially concerned that they seemed to be looking at all the wheels rather than just the two having the tyres changed and wondered why they checked the tread depth of the two tyres being replaced but they were just being thorough and seemed to be inputting everything into a tablet. Surprised that they checked the two non changed tyre pressures and pumped them up for me. Never seen a tyre place so clean and tidy and well organised. Staff friendly but not OTT. Overall well impressed.
