When emailing our customer service team, to ensure that we can process your query as efficiently as possible, please include details of your order within the body of the email - including your order number (this begins with the letters BC).
Also, to make sure that the query is dealt with by the most appropriate team member, we recommend including the type of query in your subject line. I.e. warranty, wheel balancing, change of fitting appointment, payment issues, technical queries, etc.
