There was no flexibility to post the car key through with me having to get the children to school. People were there working but one man in particular was really unfriendly and snapped at me when I asked if I can drop the key so I can get the kids to school. I would not go back!

The guy was very late, but it was probably because the traffic round here is terrible. He also gave some service advice regarding things like brake pads and bushings.

I wasn’t happy with the fact I had ordered 2 tyres and the fitter had only brought one. He had to return to the depot to collect the other tyre. This added an hour to the job. To be fair, the mistake apparently wasn’t his. The fitting of the tyres was excellent.
