Garage is fine, but whilst my fitting is scheduled for this morning on all comms from black circles, the garage paperwork is for tomorrow 25th Oct. The tyres aren't there yet, so wasted 10 mile journey. Also, FYI, it's the Walworth estate, not Walmouth as on Black circles comms.

Friendly family run business. They were really busy but equally really efficient at dispatching cars waiting for tyres to be fitted. Don't be put off by the am/pm booking, they won't keep you waiting around. Certainly our new go to over an ATS fitting service.

The staff from the manager through to the guy keeping the garage floor clear were very kind, professional and a credit to the garage and themselves . An example of this the manager was dealing with another customer before me . He had to give the lady a quote which for an older person was a lot of money , the customer accepted the quietest but after the banger continued to find her a better deal saving the lady another 40.00 Thats the true definition of customer service

Waited over an hour before they even started changing the tire. Immediately the car told me not enough pressure was in it. Over 10PSI lower than the other side. Whatever the soapy stuff they put tires on with, they used a huge amount.

I must have been allocated some trainee fitter who struggled with tyre change . Other fitters seemed to be hanging around smoking and eventually gave him some help . Hour and a half to change two tyres . Dirty hands on the car , confirming poor customer care .
