Despite mix up by Blackcircle with the pre booked time for tyre fitting, Dean, depot manager did the fitting himself despite being short staffed so I did not have to rebook and take another days leave to get the work done.

The team there were really good but they take on work from multiple third party links and each (at least 7 cars) had all turned up at the same time for a 10.00 - 11.00 fitting. You need to directly interface with the fitters to make a booking slot a booking. Not a rough idea of when to attend.
