I have used Black circles before but with the mobile fitting service. This time a list of tyre fitting garages were shown as an option. One in particular interested me as I have used them before and the quality of work and of the technicians is always excellent. So I had no hesitation using them to fit my Michelin tyres.

I want to say thank you for the staffs as they are very helpful. Although I do the wheels alignment after changed the tyres but the steering wheel still off center. I have to hold it slightly to the right to maintain a straight line. The staff still have helpful to do it again at the same time. I am very appreciated the are professional behaviour. Highly recommended to everyone.

The garage was spot on. Very pleasant and efficient. The issue is with Blackcircles themselves. It really should NOT take this many emails, texts and phone calls just to get two tyres. How can it be so complicated? I now know for sure to always use Protyre in the future, they just make it all so much easier. Thanks, but never again.

Never have I had so much mess left on new tyres and also the tyre pressure was not done correctly also blackcircle delivered the wrong tyres and I had to wait another day to get them fitted

Turned up on date and time given. Tyres not available. Was promised on the next appointment I would be 1st seen and tyres fitted by 2 guys so would be out quick. Arrived at garage at 8.30am and left at 11.40am. Over 3hrs.
