As was written in instruction I came 5 min before booked slot. The garage told me they have other cars to do and I need to wait. I waited over an hour before they started to do my car. They finished 30 min after slot time. They did not put my car on the frame lift correctly and nearly bent my both sides sills!!!!!!!! Each of 4 tires inflated with different pressure. They used sit cover but door inside and my carpets covered with brown grease due to dirty hands and boots. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this garage!!!!!!!!

I was really impressed by the staff at Mr Tyre in Boston - they'd been recommended to me by a friend and I wasn't disappointed. They were quick and efficient and also very helpful in pointing out a couple of safety features that needed addressing. I'd just like to say thanks to them and I'll be recommending them to people.

Today I had the two front tyres replaced and the wheel alignment checked and adjusted. I arrived at the garage a few minutes before my appointment and the work was completed within the allotted time. The greeting at reception was friendly and I have no complaints about the service that I received.

Whilst the job appears to have been done effectively (I have to reserve judgement as time will truly tell), there is no sense of customer service, or even urgency. I was sat for close to two hours waiting for my tyres to be changed and no-one even spoke to me, let alone offered me a coffee, water, or similar. I recognise they work to a budget, but customer service costs nothing (maybe the cost of a coffee...)
