Very professional from the first contact to the last. Phoned me prior to stating just to double check something rather than just guessing. Phoned me before the scheduled hour to say the car was ready for collection. An elderly lady at the counter was being told about an uneconomic repair... how refreshing that there are some garages not out to fleece it's customers. Top Marks.

Brilliant job. Very happy. Spoke to the garage (Ramsbottom Tures) directly prior to ordering to arrange as it was a fitting on two different cars. Garage were really helpful and made it very easy. Had a time slot on the day which was running a bit late but got a call to let me know the exact time of arrival. Fitter was friendly and helpful. Told us how long it would be to fit so we didnt have to wait outside and he rang when complete. Tyres and fitting were perfect. Great communication from the garage.
