Tyres where fitted but I don't believe the alignment was done but I was charged for it, been back in to ask for copy's of the print out for the before and after as they wasn't given on the day and now told that it's not kept and nothing they will do about it

Staff friendly. Tyres fitted ok. However they said the job was finished and when I reversed my car out of the bay I drove over my wheel but caps as they hadnt replaced them. They apologised and said accidents happen. No offer to resolve or compensate which was disappointing.
