I had to wait several weeks before I could get a fitting for my tyres. On the appointment day I drove to the garage where they had only received ONE of the two tyres ordered and paid for. They were very apologetic and rearranged my appointment for late the following day. The people at ATS were very good, helpful and did what they could to sort out the problem but it was fruastrating and inconvenient. Not a good example of Black Circles service.

Booked online. Michelin cross climate tyres preordered via ATS website with free fitting. Fitted the tyres at my appointment time and took the stated time. Very efficient and there even a nice coffee shop next door.

There was a delay due to overbooking. Apparently due to Black Circles not passing on the customers preferred appointment time which meant 3 arriving at the same time. I returned an hour later and waited another hour for the tyres to be fitted. Very polite and apologetic staff though. Times have changed and it seems to take ages no matter which company you choose. At one time you could get tyres fitted and be on your way in 30 - 40 mins. Now you're looking at 1 - 2 hours

The garage were great. There has been a miscommunication between black circles and the garage meaning that they did not have me booked in but they still managed to have the tyres I needed and fitted me in promptly. Great service from Denton tyres.

The staff here are pleasant, very efficient and helpful. A combination of Black Circles (to purchase the tyres) and Denton Tyre Centre (Kingstown) to fit them, is gold standard. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the Carlisle area.
