Comical service. Booked for 0830, got call yesterday to say is 4pm ok then they didn't turn up at all today. Missed call from a withheld number and when called the fitting teams number on hold 20 mins without answering......black circles answered but couldn't help.

I was extremely disappointed when I found out that the tires that were fitted to my car were incorrectly balanced and one of the wheels had buckled. I set off on a 4 week roadtrip around Europe after I had the tires fitted and noticed the unbalanced tires due to the severe vibrations at higher speeds. I had to find a suitable garage in europe to fix the issue and left me very disappointed in the service I received.

Friendly staff, good location. Only negative was the wait time. I arrived at 09:00 and left to go for a wander nearby. However when I returned just over an hour later the tyre hadnt been fitted. I didnt leave the location until 10:45. I had anticipated from the emails i received that I should expect to wait 30 mins, so this was a lot longer than that.

Surprised to learn on drop off at 1245 that car may not be ready until 1800. After returning an hour later we sat in waiting area 45 minutes.Took pity on us and fitted tyre.
